VMS Sales representatives act as the principal point of contact between you business and its customers. Sales reps ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and develop customer leads, and pitch prospective customers.  VMS in many ways will be the face of the company, depending on level of service our sales representatives may do everything from answering phones to monitoring the competition, all while maintaining good customer relations and pursuing new sales/service opportunities.

We Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors. We adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor and focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. We will submits orders by referring to price lists and product/service literature and keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

We monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new product/service, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques. We will Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments and even help resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

We can provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

We maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
